Chair of Trustees
An exciting and fulfilling opportunity to make a real difference
Around 1 day per month, including preparation for and attendance at quarterly Trustees Meeting. Be a key part of making the Paxton House Trust a success and help us fulfil our role in safeguarding and sharing the extraordinary heritage of our Palladian house, its collections and gardens, its riverside and community activities. You will have great support from our team of trustees who, together, have the most extraordinary range of skills.

As a charity, The Paxton House Trust relies on several dedicated teams of volunteers to help run our visitor experience. We are fortunate that so many talented individuals are prepared to give up time and come together to work on a whole variety of tasks at Paxton. In turn, they enjoy being part of life at Paxton, working in beautiful surroundings and making friends with likeminded people.
